Spa Receptionist – Job Description
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle spa reservations, inquiries, and cancellations.
- Explain spa treatments, packages, and promotions.
- Coordinate appointments with spa therapists.
- Handle guest payments and maintain accurate records.
- Promote spa services to maximize revenue.
- Ensure the spa reception area is clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- Previous experience in spa reception, front office, or hospitality preferred.
- Good command of English and Thai.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a service-minded attitude.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems.
- Ability to multitask and work flexible shifts.
