- ต้อนรับลูกค้า พร้อมพาไปยังโต๊ะ พร้อมกับแนะนำ โปรโมชั่น รายการอาหาร และเครื่องดื่มของร้าน
- รับออเดอร์และบันทึกรายการ (ตามรูปแบบการปฏิบัติงานของร้าน)
- รับชำระเงินจากลูกค้าทั้งเงินสด บัตรเครดิต/เดบิต QR Code และช่องทางการชำระเงินอื่น ๆ
- ออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน ใบกำกับภาษี และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของยอดขาย ยอดรับชำระ และเงินทอน
- เปิดกะและปิดกะ พร้อมตรวจนับเงินสดและจัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดประจำวัน
- ดูแลเงินสดในลิ้นชักแคชเชียร์ให้ถูกต้องและปลอดภัย
- ดูแลความสะอาดและความเรียบร้อยของบริเวณแคชเชียร์
- เสิร์ฟอาหารและเครื่องดื่มตามมาตรฐานของร้าน พร้อมตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายการก่อนเสิร์ฟ

- เก็บโต๊ะ ทำความสะอาด และจัดเตรียมโต๊ะสำหรับลูกค้ารายถัดไป
- รับข้อเสนอแนะหรือข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า และรายงานให้หัวหน้างานหรือผู้จัดการร้านทราบเมื่อจำเป็น
- ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการบริการ สุขอนามัย และความปลอดภัยของร้าน
