**Job Summary**
We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Visual Graphics Designer to develop compelling visual content that strengthens our brand identity across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, branding, and storytelling, with the ability to create impactful marketing assets that engage our audience.
**Key Responsibilities**
· Design creative assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and digital advertisements.
· **Create marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, standees, and event branding materials.**
· Develop visual concepts aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
· Design infographics and educational creatives for healthcare and wellness campaigns.
**· Collaborate with the marketing, content, and medical teams to translate ideas into visually engaging designs.**
· Create illustrations, icons, and other visual elements to support campaigns.
· Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.
· Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels.
· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
**Required Skills**
· **Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.**
· Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
· Ability to create clean, modern, and engaging visual designs.
· Knowledge of print production and digital design standards.
· Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
· Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
**Preferred Skills**
· Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Canva.
· Experience designing for healthcare, wellness, or consumer brands.
· **Understanding of UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.**
**Qualifications**
· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
· 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer.
· A strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and digital design projects.
