Location: Ooltewah, TN
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Day Shift)
Pay: Hourly, based on experience.
Position Overview
We are a growing local manufacturing company seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Team Member to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while supporting daily office operations. What You'll Do

Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person.

Respond to customer inquiries accurately and professionally.

Process customer requests and assist with order-related questions.

Maintain accurate records and complete data entry with a high level of attention to detail.

Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Utilize Microsoft Office and other company software to support daily operations.

Perform general administrative and customer support tasks as assigned.
