We are seeking a motivated and results\-oriented **Telesales Executive** to support business growth by generating qualified sales leads and building strong customer relationships through both outbound and inbound calls.
This role focuses on identifying new construction projects and existing apartment developments that may require residential kitchen fire suppression systems. The successful candidate will assess customer needs, present appropriate solutions, address objections, and create high\-quality leads for the field sales team, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to identify new business opportunities * Research and identify new construction projects and existing residential developments * Qualify sales leads through effective questioning and needs analysis * Manage inbound sales inquiries in a professional and timely manner * Present and promote company products and services clearly and confidently * Generate and nurture leads, converting them into qualified sales opportunities * Accurately maintain and update customer information within the CRM system * Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets * Handle objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions * Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless handovers * Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of company products, services, and market developments
