J3S Global is looking for a skilled and motivated Mobile App Developer to join our Hyderabad team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, testing and improving mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms.
The candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary offshore technology team and will receive guidance, mentoring and professional development support from the IT Trainer & Technology Lead. The role provides an opportunity to work on real-world applications and collaborate with UI/UX, backend and full-stack development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and enhance mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms.
- Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive and functional mobile applications.
- Write clean, reusable, scalable and maintainable code.
- Integrate REST APIs, JSON services and third-party APIs into mobile applications.
- Work with databases and backend services to support application functionality.
- Debug, troubleshoot and resolve application issues and technical problems.
- Perform application testing, identify bugs and implement appropriate fixes.
- Ensure applications provide a smooth, reliable and user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Full Stack Developers and other technology team members.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Use version-control systems such as Git, GitHub or GitLab for source-code management.
- Support application deployment, releases, updates and maintenance.
- Maintain technical documentation related to application development and functionality.
- Monitor application performance and assist with improving stability and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile development frameworks, tools and industry best practices.
- Follow established coding standards, development processes and security practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development.
- Practical knowledge of one or more mobile development technologies such as:
- Flutter
- React Native
- Android Development
- iOS Development
- Good understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Knowledge of mobile application architecture and development best practices.
- Experience with Git, GitHub or GitLab.
- Good understanding of application debugging, testing and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand UI/UX designs and convert them into functional applications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a technology team.
Preferred / Additional Skills
- Knowledge of Firebase and related services.
- Experience with push notifications, authentication and cloud services.
- Familiarity with application deployment to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Basic understanding of backend technologies and databases.
- Knowledge of mobile application security and performance optimisation.
- Experience working with third-party SDKs and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
