Field Technical Engineer
Job Summary
We are hiring a Technical Engineer for a field\-based role to handle installation, configuration, and customer support for AI smart irrigation and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit customer fields for installation and service * Install and configure controllers, sensors, and systems * Diagnose and repair electrical and controller system faults * Provide technical support, training, and guidance to clients and field technicians \& Dealers * Provide product demonstration and customer training * Guide customers on system usage and best practices * Troubleshoot basic technical issues on\-site * Submit daily reports and updates
Skills Required
* Basic electrical and technical knowledge * Good communication skills * Willingness to travel and work in field conditions * Problem\-solving ability
Preferred Knowledge of irrigation / IoT systems
* Field experience is an advantage * Two\-wheeler \& driving license preferred
