About the team As a member of the Growth group, you will be responsible for finding and crafting growth opportunities for monday.com . By developing features end-to-end for clients and servers, you will help to constantly improve core metrics of the company such as Activation, Engagement, Monetization and more. You'll be finding opportunities using data and growth methodologies including running experiments on extensive areas of our product. The First Purchase team owns the moment new users become paying customers - one of the highest-leverage points in the entire funnel. New users get credits to experience monday.com 's AI capabilities firsthand through a consumption-based trial, not just a time-limited one. A core part of the team's mission is helping these users understand what their credits are, how to use them, what kind of AI capabilities monday.com offers and the value it can bring to their daily work - turning that first hands-on experience into a paid conversion. About the role We're looking for an Engineering Team Lead to run our First Purchase team. You'll: Build, lead, and mentor a team of Fullstack engineers, fostering professional growth and collaboration Combine hands-on technical leadership with people management responsibilities Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to execute the roadmap and deliver exceptional user experiences Centralize team's activities, including new feature development, automation, testing, bugs management, and planning your team's iterations in an Agile environment. Develop features end-to-end, from thinking about the product, working with UI/UX design team, development, testing, deployment, to post-deployment analysis. Our Stack- React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, MySQL Requirements Experience managing a team and leading projects hands-on from start to finish 2+ years of proven management experience Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment Passion for both client-side and server-side development A "growth mindset," including strong analytical, inquisitive, and data-driven experiences. Ability to collaborate with teammates and people from different departments to brainstorm, set targets, and devise solutions. Problem solver: Has the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks. Impact-driven, user and business oriented. Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and mindset of “get things done”. Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super talented people) #LI-DNI
