About the role: Lead the Vibe Agent engineering team (~4–6 engineers) day-to-day Own delivery: translate product priorities into sprint execution, remove blockers, and keep the team shipping Partner closely with the GTL on technical direction; own the people side - hiring, growth, performance, culture Drive quality improvements in the agent: the gap between what users ask for and what the agent delivers is the team's biggest challenge Recruit top talent and build the team as Vibe scales Be a key voice in the group's engineering leadership forum Requirements: 2+ years of engineering management experience; proven track record shipping production systems Hands-on experience deploying LLMs or AI Agents in production environments - MUST Strong sense of product quality and user experience - you care that the agent does what users actually asked for Excellent execution in fast-moving environments: you bring clarity when things are ambiguous and protect the team's focus Track record of growing engineers - from seniors who need challenge to more junior folks who need structure Bonus: Experience with code generation, sandboxed execution environments, or developer tooling Familiarity with eval frameworks and quality measurement for generative systems Background in platform or infra work #LI-DNI
