We’re looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to serve as a trusted partner and right hand to monday.com’s founders and CEOs. In this role, you will provide high-level, administrative, and operational support, travel planning, and play a key role in driving projects, initiatives, and company-wide events.
About the role:

Manage all administrative aspects for the founders efficiently, effectively, and professionally.

Point of contact for internal and external interfaces.

End-to-End Travel Planning: Planning and executing comprehensive travel itineraries

Organize events and Team event.

Play a role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day flow of communications within the team.

Responsibility for special projects that are relevant to the work of the founders.
Requirements:

3+ Proven experience as a Personal Assistant in the Tech environment.

Fluent in both English and Hebrew - Must

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Strong hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) to improve productivity, communication, and task management

Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with AI-powered productivity tools - advantage

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
