You will have full ownership to design strategic campaigns across various marketing channels, with the cutting-edge UI of our monday.com brand. About the role Be an ambassador of the monday.com brand, creating and implementing our guidelines for each project Innovate continually within a design team to build and improve marketing initiatives that engage our customers Review work with an objective, data-driven eye, and apply learnings to future work Own complex strategic projects and lead from A-Z Use strong communication skills to work within a dynamic and fast cross-functional team Be a strategic partner, not just a do-er — working collaboratively with Marketing, R&D, PR, Video, Design, and other stakeholders Your experience & skills 6+ years of marketing experience and a deep understanding of all stages of the design process Familiarity with the marketing world and understanding of how design impacts marketing strategies, with a focus on SaaS companies Enthusiastic about leveraging AI design tools. Highly adaptable and capable of quickly mastering new technologies to optimize workflows and elevate creative output.
