We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our paid acquisition efforts at monday.com . You’ll be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of large-scale campaigns across push channels such as Meta and LinkedIn. You’ll operate in a highly data-driven environment with significant budgets and real impact on company growth. This is a hands-on role with a strong strategic layer, requiring deep acquisition expertise and a high level of ownership.
