What You’ll Do As Senior AI Product Manager for monday vibe , you will: Lead the vision and strategy Define and refine the product vision and roadmap for monday vibe as a core pillar of our AI product ecosystem. Partner with executive leadership to align product strategy with broader company goals for AI-driven workflow transformation. Drive innovation for AI app creation Own idea generation, experimentation, prototyping, and validation of new features that push the boundaries of generative AI for no-code platforms. Translate market trends and customer insights into product features that deliver exceptional user value. Deliver and scale impact Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science, analytics, GTM) to ship high-quality features with speed and rigor. Define success metrics and use both quantitative data and qualitative insights to guide decisions. Collaborate deeply across the org Partner with other product teams to ensure monday vibe integrates seamlessly with Work OS, AI Agents, automations, analytics, and enterprise standards. Work closely with go-to-market and customer success teams to support adoption, feedback loops, and education. Core Experience 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in AI-driven platforms - must Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable experience - must A deep understanding of generative AI technologies , including prompt engineering, model behavior, and AI UX patterns. You possess natural ownership abilities and entrepreneurial qualities - you’re self-driven and you feel comfortable motivating, leading, and making decisions without consensus Skills That Make You Successful Strong communicator , you can explain complex decisions clearly and influence cross-functional partners.
