The Beverage RTM Asset Manager leads the strategy and governance of Monde Nissin’s beverage chiller and cold-asset portfolio across channels, customers, and territories. The role ensures that assets are strategically deployed, commercially productive, properly maintained, and managed throughout their lifecycle in support of beverage growth and route-to-market priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, planning, budgeting, and productivity management of beverage chillers, coolers, and other cold assets.
- Manage the end-to-end asset deployment process, including outlet qualification, approvals, installation, tagging, handover, and post-deployment review.
- Optimize asset placement, capacity, assortment, visibility, and utilization to improve cold availability and beverage conversion.
- Govern asset maintenance and lifecycle management, including repairs, preventive maintenance, refurbishment, replacement, redeployment, recovery, and retirement.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, distributors, customers, and service providers to ensure strong execution and governance.
