Montessori Reggio Academy is looking for a creative, reliable, and organized Part-Time Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, taking photos and videos, and helping share the daily life of a private school across social media platforms.
The Digital Marketing Assistant will work directly with the Head of Marketing and assist with content creation, posting, organizing media, and completing general marketing tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Create photo and video content for social media
- Take pictures and videos of classroom activities, events, student work, campus updates, and school programs
- Assist with posting content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business, and other platforms
- Help create captions, reels, stories, posts, and marketing materials
- Assist the Head of Marketing with daily and weekly marketing tasks
- Organize photos, videos, and content folders
- Help promote school events, programs, enrollment, and campus highlights
- Follow school privacy guidelines and only use approved content
- Assist with flyers, announcements, newsletters, and digital campaigns as needed
- Support content planning and scheduling
Qualifications:
- Experience with social media content creation preferred
- Comfortable taking photos and videos
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools is a plus
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Must be professional, reliable, and able to work in a school environment
- Must be comfortable working around children, teachers, and families
- Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
- Prior marketing, social media, photography, or video editing experience is preferred
Schedule:
This is a part-time position. Schedule may vary based on campus needs, school events, and marketing projects.
