About Moongig
Moongig is a rapidly growing digital healthcare talent platform transforming the way healthcare professionals and employers connect in the Philippines and abroad. By leveraging technology, we provide healthcare workers with a broad range of job opportunities, while enabling hospitals, clinics, and care providers to access the skilled talent they need to deliver exceptional care.
Our leadership team combines deep healthcare technology operating experience with proven startup scaling capability. You will work directly with Christian Besler, a health-tech veteran with 20+ years experience and degree from Columbia University, and Nathaniel Ricca, a Harvard Business School graduate who previously built and scaled a Y Combinator-backed startup.
We expand access, enhance workforce mobility, and support professional growth across the healthcare ecosystem.
