**Overview**
Morningstar Staffing Group is expanding its multi\-state network. We are strictly looking for seasoned professional who have access to credible business relationships or staffing contracts . We are open to partnership with Ex\-Staffing Agency Owners, former Branch Managers, Executives, and or anyone who already possess established B2B client relationships, books of business, or active job orders. If you have the relationships but do not want to carry the heavy financial risk of floating payroll or paying tens of thousands for multi\-state workers' comp insurance, this platform was engineered for you. Also willing to partner with adjacent businesses: **HR Consulting Firms, Corporate Training Companies, Payroll Agencies, Compliance Consultants, or Executive Coaches**
**Payment** **Structure**:
* **Profit Split:** Partner claims and holds a premium 55% split of the Net Spread; Morningstar retains 45%. * **Administrative Maintenance:** A standard 10% Backend Support Fee is applied to the gross invoice total to cover processing, funding, and compliance. * Splits Negotiable based on size of contract .

**What You Bring:**
* A proven track record in B2B staffing sales or agency management. * An active or accessible book of business / corporate relationships. * Absolute independence. We do not micromanage, we do not track your hours, and we do not provide a "boss." You run your own operations under our umbrella.
