**Hours:**
* Monday to Friday: 9:00am–5:30pm * 1 in every 3 Saturdays: 10:00am–4:00pm

Are you confident, organised, and great at building relationships? **Warranty Assist** is hiring an **Account Manager** to join our growing **Dealer Warranty Team** in Reading.
You’ll manage and grow accounts with used car dealerships across the UK \- helping them offer high\-value extended warranty products to their customers. If you’re commercially\-minded and love speaking to people, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
**What You’ll Do**
* Build strong relationships with new and existing car dealers * Arrange in\-person meetings and follow\-up calls * Manage a personal pipeline of leads and prospects * Advise on warranty products, tailoring options to dealership needs * Identify opportunities to upsell and cross\-sell * Hit and exceed personal and team KPIs * Keep accurate records of activity and client communications * Deliver ongoing support to ensure dealer satisfaction
**What We’re Looking For**
* Confident communicator with great people skills * Target\-driven, self\-motivated, and well\-organised * Able to manage a varied and fast\-paced workload * Previous experience in account management or client\-facing roles * Comfortable using CRM tools and basic IT systems
**Bonus Points For:**
* Automotive, warranty, or insurance background * Experience in telesales or business development * Understanding of vehicle systems or dealership operations
