About the role:
We are looking for candidates who are well-presented, professional, and confident, with excellent communication skills and a positive, approachable manner.
Automotive experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.
We are particularly interested in individuals who are driven to succeed, enjoy working with people, and are committed to delivering excellent customer experience.
This is a permanent, full-time position and some weekend work may be required.
Responsibilities day to day:
- Welcoming guests into the showroom, and engaging with them to discuss requirements
- Sell vehicles profitably and be able to achieve targets agreed with the Sales Manager
- Co-ordinate and work alongside the Sales Manager
- Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by personal manner, appearance, integrity, and loyalty
- Prepare order forms and other relevant paperwork
About you:
(Essential)
- Full UK manual driving licence (Provisional / Automatic driving licences are not unable to be accepted
- A customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build strong rapport and relationships with customers
- A professional and positive approach to work.
- The drive and motivation to achieve targets.
(Desirable)
- 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing service role
- Previous retail sales experience
- Previous account management or sales experience
