About Mountain View Pharmacy
A compounding pharmacy built on relationships with the providers who trust us.
Mountain View Pharmacy compounds and dispenses more than 30,000 prescriptions each month for prescribers across Utah, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado. We are licensed and expanding into new territories every quarter. Our growth has been driven by account executives who know their providers by name and a pharmacy team that treats turnaround time as part of patient care.
Our vision is to reach 100,000 prescriptions per month by 2029. Achieving that goal means building a demand engine that reaches every provider in our network while opening a direct-to-consumer channel we have not previously pursued. That is where you come in.
The Role
Own our GoHighLevel marketing strategy and turn it into a qualified lead generation engine.
We have laid the foundation. GoHighLevel is live and sending, Orbital data enrichment is feeding the system, and our campaign architecture, messaging standards, and clinical review process are in place. We need someone to take ownership and drive results.
This role is for a marketing professional who sees marketing as a profit center rather than simply a brand awareness exercise. You enjoy working directly with sales teams, measuring performance, and building systems that produce measurable growth. You will own our provider digital marketing efforts end to end, with the opportunity to build our direct-to-consumer channel from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
GoHighLevel and Data Integrity
- Own and manage our GoHighLevel instance, including tag taxonomy, field management, deduplication, and source tracking from initial contact through sales opportunity.
- Manage email deliverability, including sending domains, authentication, domain warming, and list hygiene.
- Build dashboards that track campaign performance and qualified leads passed to the sales team.
Provider Pipeline Campaigns
- Build and manage email and SMS sequences aligned with sales pipeline stages, including new contacts, onboarding newly referring providers, monthly education and product spotlights, at-risk provider re-engagement, and lapsed provider win-back campaigns.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure all marketing claims receive pharmacist review and approval before publication.
Sales Blitzes, Conferences, and Field Marketing
- Develop target lists, mailers, supporting campaigns, and post-event follow-up sequences for sales blitzes, conferences, and provider events.
- Coordinate campaign timing with the sales team before, during, and after field activities.
- Develop repeatable state-launch templates that can be replicated as we expand into new markets.
- Ride along with account executives and participate in provider events in person.
Brand Presence and Paid Social
- Direct social media and blog content calendars in collaboration with the CMO.
- Ensure brand content complements and supports digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute Meta advertising strategies.
Direct-to-Consumer Growth
- Build our direct-to-consumer channel from the ground up, beginning with inserts in prescriptions we already ship.
- Develop the channel through storefront implementation, repeat-purchase strategies, and ongoing evaluation of unit economics.
- Support the launch of an initial product line featuring over-the-counter support for GLP-1 patients, including protein, hydration, and vitamins.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management, consistent with business needs and the scope of the position.
What Success Looks LikeFirst 90 Days
- Complete a written audit of our GoHighLevel instance with a prioritized list of recommended improvements.
- Define provider lifecycle stages and establish entry and exit criteria in collaboration with sales.
- Launch automated post-blitz and post-event follow-up sequences.
- Launch a direct-to-consumer pilot targeting one customer cohort and one product line.
First Year
- Establish a weekly dashboard tracking qualified leads passed to sales that both marketing and sales trust and use.
- Ensure every sales blitz and event is supported by campaigns developed in advance.
- Establish and validate a repeatable state-launch template that significantly reduces the work required for future launches.
- Measure contribution margin per consumer order using actual sales data.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on expertise with GoHighLevel, including workflows, triggers, pipelines, tags, custom values, and dashboards. Candidates should be able to explain a lifecycle campaign they built and the reasoning behind its structure.
- Demonstrated experience building lifecycle email campaigns that generate qualified leads, supported by measurable results.
- Ability to own performance metrics, report results weekly, and take accountability for performance.
- Willingness to work in the field alongside account executives and attend provider events.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to work within a clinical review and approval process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Meta advertising, social media management, and blog management through GoHighLevel.
- Direct-to-consumer or e-commerce experience, including repeat-purchase strategies and subscriptions.
- Experience in a regulated industry such as pharmacy, healthcare, medspa, or supplements.
- Experience supporting multi-state or multi-location launches.
- Experience building GoHighLevel snapshots and reusable sub-account templates.
