mPower, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Grants Policy Analyst to provide expert-level grants policy and regulatory support one of its customers. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to federal leadership, leading complex policy initiatives that strengthen grants administration across the biomedical research enterprise. The Senior Grants Policy Analyst provides strategic leadership in the development, interpretation, implementation, and evaluation of Federal grants policies supporting an extramural research programs. This position requires extensive knowledge of federal grants administration, Federal assistance regulations, and policy analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate with leadership, Grants Management Officers, Program Officials and other stakeholders to develop guidance, resolve complex policy issues, and improve grants management operations across the agency.
