- Maintain accurate financial records for sales, purchases, and expenses.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Assist with audits and provide supporting documents when required.
- Work closely with management and other departments on accounting matters.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in the automotive or dealership industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Professional accounting qualifications are an added advantage.
- Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, integrity, and attention to detail.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
