MRT Recruitment Ltd is a growing UK recruitment and staffing company providing recruitment, staffing, cleaning, facilities management, reception, administration and security services to businesses across London and the UK.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help grow our online presence, generate new business leads and strengthen our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage company social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging posts, graphics, videos and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and update the company website and ensure content remains professional and current.
- Support SEO activities to improve Google search visibility.
- Create email marketing campaigns and business development campaigns.
- Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Generate and manage leads for recruitment, cleaning, facilities management and staffing services.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Track marketing performance using analytics and prepare regular reports.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Recruitment teams.
- Help develop promotional materials, brochures, presentations and digital campaigns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in digital marketing, social media marketing or a similar role.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is desirable.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe or similar design tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and online marketing tools.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, facilities management or B2B marketing is an advantage.
