The successful candidate will assist with:
- Measuring quantities and compiling cost estimates.
- Preparing tender and procurement documentation.
- Tracking project expenditure against budgets.
- Assisting with valuations and payment certificates.
- Supporting contract administration and cost reporting.
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant BSc/BTech qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- Around 2-4 years of industry experience within the commercial, residential or retail sectors.
- Sound DIMX and WinQS and numerical skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction contracts and procurement.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn from experienced professionals and take on increasing responsibility.
