Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, insight-driven content: blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, technical guides, website and landing page copy, product release notes, and thought-leadership pieces.
- Partner with engineers, AI specialists, project managers, and leadership to turn complex solutions and client wins into clear, compelling narratives.
- Build a deep understanding of our services, delivery model, and target audience, and reflect it in every piece.
- Produce content that supports brand positioning, SEO goals, and lead generation across the funnel.
- Tell stories that showcase our engineering depth, process, and measurable impact on clients.
- Track developments in AI (LLMs, generative AI, agents, MLOps, MCP, Eval), modern software architecture, and cloud and DevOps practices, and convert them into forward-looking articles.
- Explain technical concepts accurately for mixed audiences, from CTOs and engineering leads to founders and business heads.
- Own the editorial calendar for assigned content streams and ship consistently against deadlines.
- Help define and maintain our brand voice, tone, and content standards as the function grows.
Must Have

- 2+ years of experience as a technical content writer or copywriter in a software development company, AI/ML firm, SaaS product, or IT services environment.
- Ability to quickly understand complex business and technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-experts.
- Proven track record of long-form technical or thought-leadership content that educates and engages.
- Excellent writing, research, and storytelling skills, with strong command of grammar and clarity.
- Working familiarity with the software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern tech stacks.
- Foundational understanding of AI and machine learning concepts (LLMs, generative AI, model training, data pipelines) and the ability to write about them accurately.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and how to write content that ranks and converts.
- A portfolio of published work on technology, software, AI, or digital transformation topics.
