Key Responsibilities:
* Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. * Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using advanced MS Excel. * Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders. * Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency across reports. * Coordinate with cross\-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT, to ensure timely execution of business requirements. * Generate periodic and ad hoc reports to support management decision\-making.
Educational Qualification
* Bachelor's degree in **Computer Applications (BCA)** or any graduate. * Certifications in Business Analysis, Advanced Excel or Power BI will be an added advantage.
Experience
* 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, or a similar role.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
