What You'll Do
As a Client Service Representative, you'll be the hub of communication within our hospital and will be responsible for:
- Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
- Answering multi-line phones and assisting clients with scheduling needs.
- Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments.
- Making follow-up calls and reaching out to prospective clients.
- Presenting treatment estimates, explaining fees, and processing payments.
- Assisting clients with prescription requests and product purchases.
- Educating pet owners on preventive care, wellness services, and general pet care recommendations.
- Managing medical records, documentation, and client correspondence.
- Supporting the veterinary team to ensure an efficient daily workflow.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment, including light housekeeping duties.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Veterinary, medical, or animal care experience preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping pets and people.
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
