Your mission
Let´s build the future of AI - together
Do you enjoy developing smart software that creates real added value? Are you fascinated by AI technologies—and do you want not only to understand them but also to turn them into productive applications that users rely on every day? Then you’ve come to the right place.
With One/AI, we offer a customized, secure, and intuitive solution that integrates AI into existing enterprise systems in compliance with the GDPR. As an AI Engineer, you’ll build the agent-based AI systems behind it—applications that respond in real time to data and user actions based on modern language models.
- You’ll build agent-based AI applications using pre-trained foundation models (Large Language Models, LLMs)—with tool calling, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation, which enriches AI responses with our live data), and multi-agent orchestration.
- You process data in real time and integrate AI into our clients’ existing systems and data streams.
- You write clean, maintainable, production-ready code (Python; Rust is a plus) and take responsibility for it through to production.
- You develop evaluation and testing strategies for non-deterministic AI systems and build CI/CD pipelines (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery, automated build and delivery processes) as well as automated tests.
- You stay on top of new AI developments and translate promising approaches into features relevant to the business.
Your profile
- 2–5 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of deploying applications into production (not just prototypes or notebook projects).
- Proficient in Python and backend development (APIs, system design, testing); interest in Rust is a plus.
- Experience with LLM-based applications: orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph or similar), tool/function calling, RAG, or agents.
- Familiar with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
- A basic understanding of machine learning and common ML tools (PyTorch, TensorFlow, ClearML) is a plus—however, we do not train our own foundation models; instead, we build applications on top of them.
