MX Staffing places bilingual professionals from Latin America with US companies. We are hiring one part-time social media assistant to support a US company's online presence.
THE ROLE
You keep the company's social media accounts active, consistent and looking good.
Posting is the main part of the job. You publish content on schedule and edit stories and short videos so they look clean and on brand. Nothing goes out with a typo, a wrong date or a blurry image. The work is simple, but it is public, and every post represents the company.
You will also help with basic administrative tasks as they come up, like organizing files, updating simple spreadsheets and keeping content folders in order.
SCHEDULE
Part time, 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time (San Antonio, Texas)
20 hours per week, about 80 hours per month
Start date: Monday, October 26
PAY
$5.50 USD per hour
$220 USD every two weeks, about $440 per month
Paid every two weeks by Wise or your preferred method
Engaged as an independent contractor; we handle onboarding and documentation
WHAT YOU NEED
Experience posting on social media for a business, a client or a well-run account of your own. Beginners are welcome, but you should already know your way around Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Basic editing skills. You can edit a story or short video in Canva, CapCut or a similar tool and make it look clean.
Native or fully fluent Spanish.
Strong written English. Posts go out under a US company's name, so spelling and grammar matter.
Attention to detail. Posting the wrong image, or posting to the wrong account, is easy to do and hard to undo.
Reliability. Posts need to go out on time, every day you are scheduled.
A quiet place to work, a reliable computer, and stable internet with a backup option.
