The Marketing Team is seeking a **Graphic Designer** who is responsible for creating multi\-channel visual assets that support both campaign and always\-on content, spanning social, web, email, app and paid media. Working closely with the Art Director, Campaign Manager and copywriters, the Graphic Designer translates creative direction into polished, on\-brand design outputs, and supports the broader team with layouts, templates and visual systems that keep content production efficient and consistent.
**About the role:**
* Design and produce high\-quality visual assets across all channels including social media, email, app, paid media and OOH. * Adapt campaign creative across multiple formats, sizes and placements, ensuring each asset is optimised for its specific channel and platform. * Create always\-on content graphics that maintain brand consistency and visual quality between key campaign moments. * Produce digital and print\-ready artwork, managing technical specifications, resolution and file formats for each output. * Work closely with the Art Director to execute campaign creative across digital and physical touchpoints, bringing the visual concept to life with precision and craft. * Translate mood boards, art direction notes and creative briefs into polished design outputs that are on\-brand and channel\-appropriate. * Prepare and present design options for internal review, incorporating feedback efficiently and accurately across multiple revision rounds. * Develop and maintain design templates, master layouts and modular visual systems that enable the team to produce content efficiently and consistently at scale. * Build and manage branded asset libraries including typography, iconography, colour palettes and graphic elements * Stay current with design trends, platform updates and emerging formats to ensure the brands remain visually relevant and competitive.
**About you:**
* 4–5 years' experience in graphic design within fashion, retail, lifestyle or a related creative industry, agency or in\-house. * A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating multi\-channel design capability across digital, social and campaign formats. * Expert\-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and InDesign are essential; experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is an advantage. * Solid understanding of digital design requirements across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), web, EDM and paid media. * Experience designing to brand guidelines and working within established visual systems, as well as contributing to the development of new ones. * Strong typographic sensibility and an eye for layout, colour, hierarchy and detail. * Ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously, prioritise effectively and deliver to tight deadlines without compromising quality. * Experience preparing both print\-ready and digital artwork to correct technical specifications. * Familiarity with DAM systems, file management and design handover processes. * **Benefits to you:**
