Join Scott's Finance team and gain hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable while contributing to the smooth management of customer accounts, payments and collections.
What You'II Do
- Follow up on outstanding customer invoices and payments
- Monitor overdue accounts and maintain professional customer communication
- Allocate customer receipts accurately and resolve payment discrepancies
- Coordinate credit notes, claims and account queries with internal teams
- Prepare and send Statements of Account and approved credit notes
- Maintain accurate records and escalate unresolved matters
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities

What We're Looking for:
- HSC or A Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounting is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy and organisational skills
- Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
