This engagement is well-suited for professionals from top-tier US law firms with a proven background in complex deal structuring, corporate law, and private equity transactions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as interactions, deliverables, and collaboration will occur in a fully remote setting. The project will benefit from your multidisciplinary insights, legal rigor, and commitment to quality.

Scope of Work

1. Contribute subject-matter expertise to evaluate and generate high-quality M&A legal content for AI system training.
2. Review and analyze real-world M&A scenarios, contracts, and litigation cases to identify key legal principles and risk factors.
3. Conduct comprehensive legal research spanning corporate law, M&A, and private equity matters.
4. Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to provide nuanced legal perspectives and feedback.
5. Participate in quality assurance processes to help ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated outputs.
6. Draft, edit, and clarify complex legal concepts in accessible written and verbal formats.
7. Support the continuous improvement of project deliverables by applying industry best practices and innovative thinking.

1. US-qualified attorney with recent experience at a top-tier law firm specializing in M&A and corporate transactions.
2. Demonstrated expertise in M&A deal structuring, due diligence, and risk assessment.

5. Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, multidisciplinary environment.
