The Bidfast Specialist is responsible for identifying and purchasing salvage on behalf of IAA and verifying correct title documents for sale. Functions as a mentor to newer CSR’s and able to assist and resolve escalated customer service situations. Will perform management duties when the Supervisor or Manager is not available.
