Sales Support Manager

Role overview Remote Recruitment is hiring a remote Sales Support Manager to support a UK-based employer from South Africa. You'll keep the sales engine organised so the closers can sell. This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST). Key responsibilities Own CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting and sales data accuracy Prepare quotes, proposals and contract paperwork Coordinate the handover from sales to delivery Track targets and produce weekly sales reports Support the sales team with process and admin improvements What you'll need Experience in sales support, sales operations or account administration Strong CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar) Confident with spreadsheets and reporting Clear written and spoken English A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace What's on offer A salary of R26,000 – R30,000 per month, fully remote work, UK business hours, and a growing UK sales team to grow with.
