  • Hands-on experience of 5-12 yrs
  • Siebel Configuration
  • Good knowledge & work experience on Account & Contact management
  • Good knowledge & work experience on Assistant Agent Billing Care
  • Siebel CRM Scripting /Open UI
  • CRM order Management & EAI
  • Siebel Workforce management
  • Siebel PRM/ Dealer management,
  • Siebel Field Service
  • Siebel BI Publisher Reports
  • Siebel Version 20.xxxx and above experience should be preferred
  • Telco Experience is must
  • Good to have RODOD Implementation knowledge
