**Work Location Flexibility:** The successful candidate will initially work from the Company's Head Office in Brampton. However, the primary work location may be changed to the Company's Pickering facility based on business requirements and operational needs.

**Job Summary:** The PMO, Strategic Growth \& Commercial Excellence Lead is responsible for driving business growth, project execution governance, and commercial lifecycle coordination across all product streams, including natural health products, medical devices, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical\-related activities. This role integrates business development, project management, and commercial execution into a single structured function that ensures efficient delivery from opportunity identification through to product launch and lifecycle management.

This position ensures that all commercial opportunities, customer programs, CMO partnerships, and new product introductions are executed in a controlled, timely, and cross\-functionally aligned manner. It acts as the central coordination hub between commercial activities and operational execution, ensuring alignment between customer needs, regulatory pathways, quality requirements, and manufacturing readiness.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Own the end\-to\-end governance of business development, PMO execution, and commercial delivery activities * Identify and manage new business opportunities across CMO partnerships, distribution agreements, and product commercialization initiatives * Develop and maintain commercial pipelines across all business streams (NHP, medical devices, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products) * Coordinate customer onboarding processes for new clients, products, and manufacturing agreements * Lead project portfolio management across all operational, commercial, and product launch initiatives * Define and maintain project governance frameworks, timelines, milestones, and delivery tracking systems * Ensure cross\-functional alignment between Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Validation, and Supply Chain * Manage new product introduction (NPI) processes from concept through to commercial launch * Coordinate manufacturing readiness activities in collaboration with Validation, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams * Oversee commercialization planning including forecasting, launch sequencing, and execution tracking * Manage CMO onboarding projects including technical, commercial, and operational readiness coordination * Support regulatory and quality alignment during commercial planning phases (interface role only) * Oversee lifecycle management of product\-related materials including labels, packaging, IFUs, and marketing content * Ensure version control, approval flow, and controlled distribution of product and marketing materials * Coordinate multilingual and multi\-market adaptations of product content and labeling requirements * Manage marketing execution support activities in alignment with regulatory and quality\-approved content * Ensure compliance of commercial materials with regulatory and quality requirements (via RA/QA approvals) * Track project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans across all business streams * Prepare executive\-level reporting on business development performance, project portfolio status, and commercialization progress

**Note:** Each coordinator supports execution of timelines, deliverables, documentation flow, and cross\-functional coordination under PMO governance.

**Key Requirements**

* Degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Project Management, or related discipline * Proven experience supporting the development, commercialization, distribution, and lifecycle management of Natural Health Products (NHPs), Medical Devices, and Cosmetics within the Canadian and Global markets, including familiarity with regulatory, quality, commercial, and operational requirements, or contract manufacturing environments will be considered a strong asset. * 5\+ years of experience in PMO, Business Development, Commercial Operations, or Project Management in regulated industries * Proven track record in business development, customer onboarding, or CMO management * Strong understanding of project governance, lifecycle management, and commercialization processes * Experience working with regulated environments and interfacing with QA, RA, manufacturing functions and other key stakeholders and clients.
