Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/BE/B Tech, BSC IT or a related field • CCNA is must
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a network administration role Previous experience with Cisco/HP/Juniper switches, routers and enterprise telephony is preferred
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
* Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts * Proven network engineering, network operations, and network performance analysis skills * Hands\-on technical troubleshooting capabilities * Ability to work independently under minimal supervision * Knowledge of computing infrastructures * Familiarity with network management and monitoring tools * Exceptional critical thinking and problem\-solving ability * Strong interpersonal skills to assist non\-technical individuals with complex technical issues Job Description:
* Assist in network design and implementation. * Provide network support across all locations. * Install, configure and support network (wired and wireless) and telecom (PBX/CUCM) equipment. * Coordinate with vendors, partners, service provides, internal and external stakeholders. * Provide network support to users. * Deploy security improvements and system upgrades under guidance of seniors and security team. * Monitor network (wired and wireless) to ensure optimal performance. * Create and maintain network users/permissions. * Support users and infrastructure to minimize user impact. * Create technical support documentation.
