A career as a Digital Business Analyst in the Digital and Commercialization team at National Bank means acting as a key link between business stakeholders and delivery teams.

You will work in agile mode in a squad responsible for managing and delivering business and technology initiatives for various sectors.

In this role, your expertise in digital business analysis will contribute to achieving the Bank's business objectives and have a positive impact on the organisation.

**Your role**

* Support product owners, business partners and digital delivery teams in their decisions and deliverables * Adopt a user\-centric and solution\-agnostic approach for multidomain initiatives * Define the scope of processes to be optimised and proactively plan the activities needed to deliver expected results * Perform detailed, high\-level impact analyses on the entire scope of the change, with the support of content experts * Actively contribute to partner selection activities, analyse proposed solutions and recommend the most appropriate options * Define and identify user acceptance test scenarios (UAT) and support users throughout the operational transition * Make recommendations to support the change management strategy.

**Your team**

In the Digital and Commercialization sector, you will report to the Senior Manager – Digital and join a team of 6 digital specialists.

**Prerequisites**

* Solid business analysis skills in a technology\-oriented environment for more than 7 years * Experience in end\-to\-end business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement * Strong business acumen and good understanding of banking activities, processes and issues, including regulatory and governance requirements * Knowledge of improving and mapping business processes, including NBMM modelling * Knowledge of quality assurance practises, including strategies and test scenarios * knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, kanban and safe, as well as Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
