This is an exciting opportunity to work in the People and Culture team within our People Function. You will analyse people data to uncover trends, patterns and risks, turning complex information into actionable insights that shape decisions. Using Power BI, Microsoft Copilot and AI\-enabled tools, you'll test hypotheses, validate findings and create compelling data\-driven stories

What you’ll be doing

You will take a data\-led and insight\-driven approach to understanding workforce trends, organisational challenges and emerging people risks.

You will analyse people data to identify trends, patterns, correlations and emerging organisational issues while developing hypotheses from business questions and conduct analysis to test and validate findings.

Partnering with stakeholders to frame problems, challenge assumptions and identify root causes will be a key responsibility as will leading deep\-dive analytical reviews exploring risk profiles, behavioural trends, organisational hotspots, outcomes, effectiveness of interventions and wider cultural indicators.

You will integrate multiple datasets to create richer insights and evidence\-based recommendations while producing compelling visualisations, dashboards and insight packs using Power BI, Microsoft Copilot and other analytical tools.

About you

**As a minimum, you will have/be:**

Strong experience analysing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities.

Experience developing hypotheses, conducting investigations and validating findings through quantitative and qualitative evidence.

Strong data storytelling and visualisation skills.

Experience using Power BI, Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 tools to generate insights and communicate findings.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

Experience translating data into clear business recommendations that support decision making.

Advanced Excel and data analysis capability.

Strong critical\-thinking, problem\-solving and root\-cause analysis skills.

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Curiosity, commercial awareness and a passion for evidence\-based decision making.
