Marketing Manager – US E-Commerce (Amazon & Walmart)

Role Summary
Own growth of the HQ Edge stationery and art-supplies portfolio on Amazon US and Walmart US, covering advertising, listing conversion, launches and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD) and Walmart Connect campaigns, and own ACoS/TACoS and ROAS targets
- Do keyword research, bid and budget optimization, and search-term harvesting using Helium 10 or Jungle Scout
- Optimize listings: titles, bullets, backend keywords, A+ Content, Brand Store, images and video
- Run new product launches, including Vine, coupons, deals, Lightning Deals and Prime Day/Q4 calendars
- Build review and rating strategy that stays within Amazon policy
- Track competitors and categories, and find pricing and positioning gaps
- Report weekly and monthly on sales, ads and inventory health, with clear insights and actions
- Coordinate with sourcing and ops on stock levels so ads aren't driving out-of-stock items
- Manage agencies and freelancers (designers, copywriters, audit partners)
KPIs
Revenue growth, TACoS, conversion rate, organic rank on core keywords, rating ≥4.3, launch velocity
Requirements
- Hands-on Amazon Seller Central and Ads Console experience; Walmart Seller Center preferred
- Proven record of scaling US marketplace brands, ideally in stationery, home or craft
- Strong Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
- Clear written English for US-facing copy
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
