Position Title: Marketing Intelligence Data Analyst

Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite

Role Purpose

This role will play a pivotal role in transforming marketing data into actionable insights. This role supports global marketing teams by analysing campaign performance, audience behaviour, and channel effectiveness to inform strategic decisions and optimise marketing outcomes. A key focus will be on improving segmentation, enabling access to prospecting data, and collaborating with the Data and MI team to ensure alignment and consistency across reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Summary

Analyse marketing campaign performance across platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, etc.) and build dashboards that bring together the right data to identify trends, opportunities, and insight across both linear digital journeys and strategic account engagement.
Conduct segmentation analysis to support targeting, personalisation, and audience journey mapping.
Make marketing prospecting data available to the team by improving access, structure, and usability across platforms.
Collaborate with the Data and MI team to align marketing reporting with broader business intelligence frameworks and ensure consistency in data definitions and metrics.
Work closely with the Digital team to integrate insights from digital journeys, web behaviour, and conversion paths into campaign planning and performance analysis.
Map and analyse buyer journeys across multiple touchpoints and channels to identify conversion paths and drop-off points.
Support multi-campaign and multi-channel attribution modelling to understand influence and ROI across the funnel.
Provide insights into broad buying groups, including roles, behaviours, and engagement patterns, to support strategic campaign planning.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that support campaign planning, performance tracking, and strategic reviews.
Partner with Marketing Operations to improve data quality, taxonomy, and reporting consistency.
Support quarterly and annual reporting cycles with insights that inform planning and prioritisation.
Identify predictive indicators and build models to support forecasting and campaign optimisation.
Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
Stay current with marketing analytics trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve reporting maturity.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

What we are looking for in you

Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing data analysis.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and marketing platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Experience with SQL or Python for data manipulation is a plus.
Understanding of marketing funnels, campaign attribution, segmentation, and lead lifecycle.
Familiarity with buyer journey mapping and multi-touch attribution models.
Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
