**Job Description: AI Product / Solution Consultant (Business–AI Bridge)**
**Role Overview**
We are seeking a **self\-driven AI Product / Solution Consultant** to **play a key role as a bridge between business stakeholders and AI engineering teams**, driving AI use cases from evaluation through execution with strong alignment to business value and governance.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Evaluate and qualify AI use cases based on feasibility, value, and data readiness * Engage with business stakeholders to define and structure problem statements * Play a key role as the interface between business and AI engineering teams * Translate business needs into AI solution approaches * Drive end\-to\-end use case shaping from discovery to POC readiness * Define solution approach including data, architecture, and AI capabilities * Develop and validate business cases including ROI and value realization * Track and ensure realization of expected business benefits * Ensure alignment with AI governance, data privacy, and compliance requirements * Design use cases suitable for governance submission and approvals * Collaborate with engineering teams on solution design and execution * Drive pilot / POC execution ensuring measurable outcomes * Support and contribute to enterprise AI adoption initiatives * Stay aligned with emerging AI trends, Copilot ecosystem, and LLM advancements * Operate effectively within large, global matrix organizations * Drive discussions, decisions, and execution independently
**Required Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field * 3–6 years of experience in consulting, product, or solution roles * Strong consulting and problem\-solving capability * Experience working across end\-to\-end product / solution lifecycle * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to independently drive discussions and outcomes * Solid understanding of AI fundamentals (LLMs, automation, data\-driven solutions) * Working knowledge of AI governance principles (Responsible AI, data privacy, risk awareness) * Experience capturing requirements and planning work using JIRA (or similar tools)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with **enterprise AI tools (e.g., Copilot, RAG\-based solutions)** * Exposure to **enterprise data environments** * Experience in **business case modeling and ROI estimation** * Familiarity with **JIRA, Confluence, TFS, or similar tools** * Experience working in **large global / matrix organizations**
