We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Developer - UI Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and developing responsive, high-performing websites and web applications. This role requires a combination of strong design skills and front-end development expertise to create exceptional digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, user-friendly website interfaces and web application layouts.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
- Develop responsive websites that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO.
- Maintain and update existing websites and digital platforms.
- Ensure consistency of branding and visual identity across all digital products.
- Test websites and troubleshoot design or functionality issues.
- Stay current with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web Developer, UI Designer, or similar role.
- Good understanding of UI principles and user-centered design.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay: £31,500.00-£42,000.00 per year
