About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Intern to join our team and support paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition, campaign optimization, app marketing, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Track key performance metrics such as CPI, CPA, CTR, and ROAS to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Support app marketing initiatives focused on driving app installs across iOS and Android.
- Assist with audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
- Support A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
- Help prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the BI team to understand campaign data and derive actionable insights.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, advertising platform updates, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in data-driven marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in mobile app marketing and customer acquisition is an added advantage.
