Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Lab Testing Engineer to support product testing and quality inspection activities at our manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional, material, and product performance testing as per defined specifications.
- Operate measuring instruments and testing equipment.
- Prepare and maintain test reports, inspection records, and calibration documents.
- Check product quality against drawings, specifications, and required standards.
- Identify defects and coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper handling and upkeep.
- Support quality improvement activities and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy.
- Experience in quality inspection, product testing, or laboratory testing is preferred.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and hardness testers.
- Basic understanding of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards is an advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
