**Overview**
We are a healthcare\-focused investment firm, with our core business centered on direct investment and ownership in healthcare operating companies. Alongside this, we run an advisory practice — serving as fractional CFO, financial analyst, and strategic partner to healthcare clients outside our owned portfolio. This role is focused specifically on the advisory side of the business, supporting a roster of clients simultaneously.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage day\-to\-day advisory work across multiple healthcare clients at once, serving as a key analytical resource for each engagement. * Conduct financial analysis — cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle/billing analysis — to support client decision\-making and identify operational bottlenecks. * Build and maintain financial models and dashboards for clients, translating raw data (EMR, billing, practice management systems) into actionable reporting. * Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VBA, to create client\-ready financial models and reports. * Gather and analyze data using SQL and Tableau/Power BI to support client strategic planning and investment readiness (e.g., PE diligence prep, EBITDA modeling). * Prepare clear, professional financial reports and decks that communicate findings and recommendations to client stakeholders and prospective investors. * Support fractional CFO\-style deliverables across clients — recurring reporting cadences, KPI tracking, and ad hoc financial diligence requests. * Collaborate cross\-functionally with firm principals and client\-side teams to keep multiple concurrent workstreams on schedule. * Assist with financial diligence readiness (provider concentration, EBITDA normalization, etc.) as clients pursue capital raises or transactions. * Stay current on healthcare sector trends and comparable market data to inform client\-facing recommendations.
**Experience**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. * Prior experience in corporate accounting, financial advisory, or healthcare finance preferred. * Strong analytical skills with a solid grasp of financial concepts and healthcare business models. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data manipulation and modeling. * Familiarity with EMR/practice management systems and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) highly desirable. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills — comfortable presenting findings directly to clients. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliverables at once in a fast\-paced environment.
If you're passionate about healthcare finance and want a hands\-on role supporting a growing roster of advisory clients, we encourage you to apply.
