Als Business Central Consultant mit Schwerpunkt Finance & Controlling berätst du unsere Fachbereiche, optimierst Geschäftsprozesse und entwickelst zukunftsfähige Lösungen innerhalb von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Dein Verantwortungsbereich: Beratung, lösungsorientierte Gestaltung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen in Business Central mit Schwerpunkt Finance & Controlling Unterstützung bei internationalen Rollouts und Multi-Company-Setups inkl. Konsolidierungsstrukturen, Intercompany-Abstimmungen, Lokalisierungen und länderspezifischen Finance-Anforderungen Durchführung von Gap-Fit-Analysen und Ableitung fachlicher Anforderungen für Finance-Implementierungen und Systemerweiterungen Beratung und Umsetzung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlussanforderungen inkl. Dimensionen, Kostenstellenstrukturen und intercompany-Buchungen Konzeption und Implementierung von Financial-Reporting-Lösungen (Account Schedules / Financial Reports, Power BI, Lucanet o. ä.) Konfiguration und Customizing von Business Central im Finance-Umfeld, inkl. Chart of Accounts, Buchungsgruppen, Dimensionen, Workflows und Beleglayouts Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten und Spezifikationen für Weiterentwicklungen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen BC-Entwicklern Planung und Durchführung von Workshops mit Fachbereichen, Key-Usern und Management zur Prozessaufnahme und Lösungsdefinition Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Trainingsmaterialien und Schulungen für Anwender, Key-User und Support-Teams Das bringst Du mit: Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als BC Consultant mit nachweisbarem Schwerpunkt in Finance & Controlling (Inhouse oder Partner) Sehr gute Kenntnisse in: BC-Standard und Continia Lösungen Prozessen in Finanzbuchhaltung, Controlling, Konzernkonsolidierung und Rechnungswesen Tiefe Kenntnisse der BC Finance-Module (G/L, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Cost Accounting, Budgets) Kenntnisse in HGB und/oder IFRS sowie GoBD-Anforderungen Erfahrung im Mentoring von Junior-Consultants oder Übernahme von (Teil-) Projektverantwortung Fähigkeit, pragmatische Lösungen zu designen Hands-on-Mentalität, keine reine Beraterrolle
