Your Mission

Lead the architecture design, development, and performance optimization of our company’s core web products, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Design technical solutions for complex functional modules, including data visualization dashboards, editors, and real-time communication features.
Tackle key challenges such as cross-browser compatibility, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities to optimize user experience.
Drive front-end engineering initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines, component libraries, and micro-frontend infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams—participating in requirements reviews and providing technical feasibility assessments.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of web development experience.
Fluent in English; understanding of Chinese is a strong plus.
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and proficiency with ES6+ features and design patterns.
Skilled in front-end build and release tools; hands-on experience with Vite or Webpack.
Proficient in at least one modern front-end framework (Vue or React), with a solid grasp of its core principles and hands-on project experience.
Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS and other network protocols; familiarity with backend technology stacks, Node.js, and front-end/back-end separation principles.
Expertise in front-end performance optimization strategies and experience using performance analysis tools.
Preferred: background in componentization, engineering, or deep technical research.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, passion for new Internet technologies, and eagerness to explore industry trends.
Proactive, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding user experiences.
