A completed MBO 4 or HBO degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or (Technical) Business Administration.

1-3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning or Manufacturing.

Strong social skills, enabling you to guide others in your prioritization and demonstrate persuasive ability.

Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to effectively drive actions and ensure follow-through across multiple stakeholders.

Your daily responsibilities include
As a Production Planner, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of the daily production plan. By coordinating production priorities, monitoring order progress, and collaborating closely with production, logistics, and other stakeholders, you help achieve delivery commitments and operational targets. You also contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the factory teams, ensuring planning processes and overall performance continue to improve.
Your tasks include:

Acting as the first point of contact for production-related planning and logistics questions.

Creating, monitoring, and optimizing the daily production plan to meet delivery, efficiency, and resource utilization targets.

Managing day planning and backlog activities while maintaining oversight of ongoing production orders.

Coordinating with production, logistics, and other stakeholders to manage capacity, material availability, and order priorities.

Identifying planning constraints and bottlenecks and driving timely resolution and escalation where required.

Participating in daily management meetings to review performance, evaluate plan adherence, and adjust priorities as needed.

Working closely with the Production Planning Coordinator to ensure alignment between short-term execution and longer-term planning.

Executing planning-related administrative activities accurately and on time.

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and implementing structural improvements within factory teams.

Proposing and driving improvements to optimize planning processes, delivery performance, and overall factory team effectiveness.
