Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Backend Intern to assist in building robust server-side logic, APIs, and database structures. You will gain hands-on experience in backend architecture, security protocols, and database management alongside experienced engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and server-side features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented backend code.
- Help design, manage, and optimize database queries and schemas (SQL / NoSQL).
- Integrate third-party tools, services, and backend databases with frontend applications.
- Conduct basic testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure system reliability and security.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Fundamental knowledge of backend languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP).
- Basic understanding of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and HTTP methods.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub for code management.
- Strong logical thinking, debugging skills, and a willingness to learn real-world architecture.
